QuiltEmbroideryPDF.com specializes in selling digital embroidery designs, quilt patterns, PDF files, and other downloadable digital products. No physical products are shipped to customers.

Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to their purchased digital files. Due to the nature of digital products, these files cannot be physically returned once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the instant delivery and downloadable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after a purchase has been completed.

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued for downloaded digital files.
• No refunds will be issued due to accidental purchases.
• No refunds will be issued if the customer changes their mind after purchase.
• No refunds will be issued because the customer no longer needs the design or file.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to read the product description before purchasing.
• No refunds will be issued due to incompatibility with software, machines, or devices not listed as supported.

3. Return Policy

Since all products sold on QuiltEmbroideryPDF.com are digital products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

• Digital files cannot be physically returned.
• Downloaded files cannot be returned after delivery.
• No return shipping applies because no physical goods are shipped.
• All digital downloads are considered delivered once access has been provided.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for digital products after purchase.

• Purchased files cannot be exchanged for different designs.
• Purchased files cannot be exchanged for store credit.
• Purchased files cannot be exchanged for alternative formats unless specifically stated by our support team.
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product before completing checkout.

5. Exceptions

While refunds, returns, and exchanges are generally not available for digital products, we may review issues on a case-by-case basis if:

• The file delivered is corrupted or damaged.
